Employee Referral Program
As we continue to grow and the needs of our clients change, so does the need for committed people like you! Every employee can make a real difference to the level and quality of services we provide by becoming a talent spotter. You can refer for any area of the organisation and as many times as you like!
Our main recruitment drive at the present is for Support Workers, so if you are considering referring someone you know for a Support Worker role they will need to meet the following basic criteria:
- Passion to make a difference to lives of our clients
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients, their families and staff
- Effective communication skills
- Display the values that we hold dear –
- We respect each person as an individual of value.
- We pursue excellence in all areas.
- We respect privacy and confidentiality.
- We undertake all of our dealings with honesty and integrity.
Friends and family are often like minded, so if you like working at Senses and making a real difference for our clients, chances are they would too.
All referred candidates will be contacted within 48 hours of their application being received and fast tracked to an interview stage. You need to ensure that when they complete an Application for Employment, which is available on our website (www.senses.asn.au), they mark on it that this is part of Employee Referral Program and include the current Senses employee’s name.
What’s in it for me? We’ll reward you with $500 if they are successfully employed into a permanent position and they successfully complete their probationary period.
