During the 2011/2012 financial year client numbers increased by 101 to 452.   144,985 hours of direct service were provided to clients throughout the year with client service hours increasing 19% or 23,354 hours on the previous year, following the trend over the last six years.

Our focus has been on providing excellent services within the person centered and family centered framework. We pride ourselves on our “enabling” philosophy, developing new and innovative services which encourage maximum self direction for the person with disability and their family. We maintain our mantra to keep people with disability “front and center” of our thinking and our service delivery.
